We ship to all 50 U.S. states, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. International is not on the roadmap.
Destinations we serve: All 50 states, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. PO Box addresses are routed via USPS Priority Mail regardless of region.
Destinations we do not serve: International orders, APO/FPO/DPO, and any address outside the U.S. domestic system.
Carriers: UPS for Lower 48 street addresses. USPS Priority Mail for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, USVI, and any domestic PO Box.

Transit & cutoff times
- Order cutoff
- 2:00 PM CT, Mon–Fri. Orders placed before cutoff on a business day ship the same day. Orders placed after cutoff ship the next business day.
- Business days
- Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays. Weekends and holidays are not business days.
- Saturday delivery
- Not available. UPS 2nd Day Air orders placed Thursday after cutoff or on Friday will deliver the following Monday at earliest.
- Tracking
- A tracking link is sent to your email as soon as the shipment is picked up. Scans typically appear within a few hours.
- ACH authorization
- Same-day ship requires the ACH authorization to complete before pick. In practice this happens within hours; for very late-cutoff orders the authorization timing may push ship to the next business day.
Address accuracy
Address accuracy is the buyer's responsibility. Carrier-corrected addresses incur a carrier surcharge that is passed through to the buyer.
If the address is wrong and the package is returned to us, we'll re-ship to a corrected address — buyer pays return + outbound shipping. We won't ship to a different address than the original order without re-verification.
Lost or delayed packages
Carrier scans are the source of truth. We monitor them and act when a shipment goes silent.
- No scans for 48 hours
- We open a carrier trace and email you with status. Most "lost" packages reappear within 1–3 business days.
- Confirmed lost
- If the carrier confirms loss, we file the claim and re-ship from current stock at our cost.
- Marked delivered, not received
- Email support@retapure.com within 48 hours. We open a trace and review with you. Discreet packaging means no one but the addressee should be able to identify the contents.
Packaging
Discreet, unbranded outer packaging — no RetaPure marks, no compound names visible on the outside. Carrier label, address, and your name are the only exterior identifiers.
Inside: each vial is individually sealed, labeled with compound name, fill weight, and a QR code linking to its lot's Certificate of Analysis. Insulation is sized to the shipping speed.
Federal holidays
We observe US federal holidays. The shipping cutoff does not apply on holidays — orders placed on a holiday ship the next business day.
