Damaged in transit
If a shipment is damaged in transit, a technical report and photographic evidence must be submitted via the Contact page within 24 hours of delivery.

By completing a procurement, the researcher acknowledges that all materials are sold “as-is” for laboratory use and are non-refundable to protect the integrity of the RetaPure Research supply chain.
