Refund & Returns

All sales are final. Damaged-in-transit shipments must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Due to the sensitive nature of research materials and the requirement to maintain strict chain-of-custody for purity, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges. This protects every customer by ensuring no compromised or unverified materials re-enter the RetaPure Research inventory.

Damaged in transit

If a shipment is damaged in transit, a technical report and photographic evidence must be submitted via the Contact page within 24 hours of delivery.

Material assurance

By completing a procurement, the researcher acknowledges that all materials are sold “as-is” for laboratory use and are non-refundable to protect the integrity of the RetaPure Research supply chain.
