Ordering & shipping

When do orders ship?

Orders placed by 2:00 PM Central ship the same business day*. Orders after the cutoff ship the next business day.

ACH authorization must complete before we pick the order. If authorization takes longer than a few hours, same-business-day ship isn't guaranteed.

*Mon-Fri, excluding federal holidays.

Do you ship internationally?

No - US domestic only. We ship to all 50 U.S. states and Washington, D.C. Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico ship via USPS Priority Mail. The Lower 48 ships via UPS by default; PO box addresses ship via USPS. We do not ship to other U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or international destinations.

International shipping is not on the roadmap. Customs risk, carrier coverage, and buyer-protection exposure aren't worth it for this category.

How is it packaged?

Discreet, unbranded outer packaging - no RetaPure marks, no compound names on the label. Carrier, address, and your name are the only things visible on the exterior.

Inside: each vial is individually sealed, labeled with compound name and fill weight, and packed with insulation sized to your shipping speed.

Why bank payment instead of cards?

Bank-to-bank payment is how labs and research institutions already buy - it's the same mechanism behind invoicing at the rest of the research-supply chain. It's boring, regulated, and bank-grade secure.

Practical benefits for you: no card-processing overhead baked into prices, no card data stored anywhere, and cleaner line items on bank statements for recordkeeping.

Is my bank login safe?

Payments are processed through our secure payment processor. We never see, store, or have access to your bank login credentials.

What if my bank rejects the payment?

Your order goes on hold and nothing is charged. You'll get an email with a retry link - re-attempt with a different bank, or contact support. No retry fees.

§ 03 - Lab Testing & CoAs

Lab testing & CoAs

Who tests the lots?

Independent US analytical laboratories. No in-house QC, no self-certification. The issuing lab's name and signature appear on each Certificate of Analysis.

Labs are ISO 9001 compliant and operate under GLP (Good Laboratory Practice) principles. We do not claim ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation on the laboratory.

What tests are run on every lot?

Reverse-phase HPLC for purity and electrospray ionization mass spectrometry (ESI-MS) for identity confirmation. Both methods are applied to every lot that ships. Lots below a 99% purity threshold do not ship.

How do I verify the CoA is real?

Every CoA posted here can be verified three ways: (1) the lot ID on the vial matches the lot ID on the document, (2) the issuing lab is named and signed, and (3) you can email us and we'll arrange a direct confirmation with the testing laboratory.

How do I look up my lot's Certificate of Analysis?

Every vial includes a QR code on the label that links directly to that lot's Certificate of Analysis. The lot number is also included in your order confirmation.

Lot CoAs are added to the verification archive as lots are released.

How is the product stored?

Lyophilized (freeze-dried) in sealed vials, stored according to compound-specific handling requirements until fulfillment. No cold-chain is required - lyophilized powder is stable at the storage temperatures we use.

Can I get multiple vials from the same lot?

When you order multiple units of the same compound, we pick from the current in-stock lot. If a lot sells through mid-order, the remaining units come from the next lot (both CoAs attached). Contact us if same-lot consistency is required for your protocol.

Do I need an account to order?

No. Guest checkout is fully supported - enter your shipping address and billing email at checkout and you're done. You can optionally save your details for faster re-ordering if you come back.

How do I check an order status?

Use the public order status lookup - enter your order number and the billing email. Both must match. No login needed.

What if a vial arrives broken or damaged?

Email support@retapure.com with the order number and a photo of the damage within 24 hours of delivery. We replace from current stock; if the original lot is sold through, the replacement ships from the next lot with its CoA attached.

What's the return policy?

All sales are final due to the sensitive nature of research materials. Damaged shipments must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. See the full Refund & Returns Policy.

Are these products for human use?

No. All products are sold strictly for in-vitro research, laboratory, or reference use. Not for human, veterinary, or therapeutic use. Not for diagnostic, treatment, or performance purposes. The attestation at checkout confirms this intent.

Do you provide dosing or protocol guides?

No. No dosing information, no how-to protocols, no medical or performance context. Research Use Only isn't a footer disclaimer - it's the entire positioning.
