Material IntegrityWe do not accept returns or exchanges to ensure that no compromised or unverified materials re-enter the RetaPure inventory.
Shipping IssuesIf a shipment is damaged in transit, a technical report and photographic evidence must be submitted via the Contact page within 24 hours of delivery.
